- DOWNLOAD To download a template, click on the image or file name below.
- SAVE "Save" the file to your PC or Mac following the appropriate steps for your browser and operating system. (PC users may want to right click on the image or file name and select "save target as.")
- OPEN Open the file. If a security warning appears, put a check in the box "Always trust macros from this source" then click the "Enable Macros" button so the template works correctly.
